Wow this is the third time this week the passion flowers have appeared on my radar. Before last Wednesday I had never seen them. Lots of beautiful things flourishing thanks to recent rains. I hear the passion flowers are invasive, but I don't care. They are gorgeous.
Things that resonated with me: 1. plant blooms as memories / visits from loved ones lost. I have an area of my backyard where I "visit my deads". The surprise blooms that show up at random times are beautiful pokes of love from them. 2. Your eye swelling shut from a wasp sting. I have a similar picture of myself (that I won't share) from a bee sting a few years ago. I never thought to reframe it as having a healthy immune system. Thanks for that. 3. Whatever feels shitty will eventually pass. I still struggle with this. Thanks for the reminder.

I love your writing so much. Also I love that pic of the THREE dogs and their hangout corner and the leashes tangled around the chair legs. Thank you.
Thank you!

Thank you! I have to constantly remind myself that shit passes and still I forget.
I love the passionflower peacock! They are such gorgeous plants. Magical for sure. Thanks for sharing your beauty, and pain.
